Élisa Interactive Inc. ("Élisa," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Me-Z-Scene App (the “Software”) and its connection to a Supported Environment (e.g., Roblox Studio) via the Model Context Protocol ("MCP"), together with our related services (the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
a. Information You Provide
- Prompts, including text and voice input
- Your Roblox account identifier, needed to link and operate your Supported Environment account through the Software
- Focus, viewport, and/or scene-graph data captured from your Supported Environment session at each conversational turn via MCP, so the AI agent can act on your Prompts — processed transiently and not retained beyond what's necessary to complete your request
- Support or feedback messages
- Files manually uploaded to Prompts, such as images, PDFs, or other supported attachments, which are stored and associated with the prompt for workflow continuity
b. Usage Data
- Session metadata (e.g., time of access, feature usage)
- Device type, app version, and operating environment
- Credit balance and Credit usage (needed for billing and support)
- Aggregate analytics (anonymized)
c. Payment Information
When you purchase Credits or a paid Subscription Plan, payment is processed by our designated third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details; we receive limited transaction data (e.g., amount, date, last four digits) necessary to confirm and support your purchase.
d. AI Processing
Your Prompts and the resulting Output data are processed by a third-party AI model provider (currently Google Gemini) under a paid commercial arrangement. That provider does not use this data to train its own models. Élisa does not train or fine-tune any AI model using your data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected personal information to:
- Operate and deliver our Services
- Retain chat sessions and Prompts to support your workflow and enable project continuity
- Diagnose and improve product functionality
- Provide support and respond to inquiries
- Facilitate the Software's referral and Credit mechanics
- Maintain compliance with licensing terms and legal obligations
We do not use your Prompts, Outputs, or any data obtained through a Supported Environment's APIs (e.g., Roblox) to train or fine-tune any AI model — ours or our third-party AI provider's — regardless of your Subscription Plan or Credit balance. We may use de-identified Prompt text and Output data (i.e., the structured actions performed, not your Experience content) for product improvement, quality assurance, and analytics.
Data obtained through a Supported Environment's APIs is used solely to provide the Services. Consistent with that Supported Environment's own third-party developer policies, we do not use such data to build profiles or for AI training.
3. Sharing of Information
We may share personal information in the following cases:
- Service providers who help operate our Services (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics, our AI model provider Google Gemini, our payment processor Stripe) receive the information you provide them or information necessary to provide their services
- Supported Environment operators (e.g., Roblox) — your account identifier and session data are shared as necessary to operate the Software's connection to that platform
- Marketplace Vendors — if you purchase a Vendor's Template or Asset, limited transaction data (e.g., purchase confirmation) may be shared with the Vendor for fulfillment and commission purposes
- Legal obligations we may share personal information to comply with applicable laws or respond to lawful orders
- Business transactions we may share personal information in the context of a business transaction, including mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, in which case shared personal information should be used for the purpose of evaluating the potential business transaction or in accordance with this policy.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not sell any data obtained through a Supported Environment's APIs.
If you agree to transfer Personal Information to third-party service providers (e.g., Google, Roblox, Stripe), this information is subject to their respective privacy policies. Élisa does not control and is not responsible for the data practices of these providers once information leaves our systems. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of such third-party services before use.
4. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own, including Canada, the United States, and EU member states. Where required by applicable laws, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms. Our Supported Environment operators and AI model provider may separately process data in their own regions, subject to their own policies.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have the right to:
- Access or correct your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for processing
- Object to certain types of processing (such as marketing or analytics)

6. Data Retention
- Focus, viewport, and scene-graph data obtained via MCP from your Supported Environment session is not retained beyond what is necessary to process your immediate request.
- Data passed to third-party AI or service providers is not retained by Élisa beyond what's needed to provide the Services. These providers may have their own retention and processing policies.
- Logs and analytics data are retained for up to 12 months.
- Account data is retained for as long as you maintain an active Subscription. Accounts that are inactive for 24 months are subject to termination, in which case associated data would be deleted.
7. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Role-based access controls and audit logging
- Logical data separation by user account
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children's Privacy
Élisa is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under this age threshold. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
Use of the Services also requires a valid account with each Supported Environment you connect (e.g., Roblox), which has its own independent age requirements and verification processes. Compliance with those requirements is your responsibility and that Supported Environment operator's — not Élisa's.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top and update this page.
If material changes are made, we will provide additional notice by email or in-product messaging. No additional use of personal information will be undertaken without your express consent.
